Our Manufacturing Process
From raw materials to final inspection, every stage is executed with strict quality control to deliver consistent and dependable results.
Quality Assurance
Our quality control process is designed to ensure consistency across decentralized artisan production while maintaining strict standards at scale.
Production begins at village-based workshops, where skilled artisans carry out weaving and assembly under on-site supervision, ensuring alignment with defined specifications from the early stages. In addition to supervision, in-line inspections are conducted throughout production to identify and resolve issues promptly, minimizing defects before products proceed to the next stage.
All semi-finished goods are then consolidated at our factory, where a structured incoming inspection is performed. Unlike artisan workshops, the factory environment provides standardized procedures, dedicated quality control personnel, and sufficient warehouse capacity, enabling comprehensive inspections on a larger scale.
Key processes such as glueing, drying, and finishing are closely monitored to ensure structural integrity, durability, and product consistency. Each item is carefully evaluated for shape, construction, surface quality, and overall appearance.
Before packing, every product undergoes a comprehensive final inspection to verify that it meets our quality standards. Approved products are securely packed and stored in our warehouse, ready for efficient shipment. By combining traditional craftsmanship, in-line production control, and centralized factory inspection, we deliver reliable and consistent quality that supports long-term OEM partnerships.
